You really just need the pitch, right?

I cut some (for a classic) a while back and just measured the diameters from an existing classic back. I probably measured the thread pitch too, being fairly fat threads. I used a standard thread pitch (?12/in?). I can try to check my pile of notes.

Correct. I knew the numbers were out there some where but i did some digging and couldn't find anything so i though making a post would make it easier for the future.

Stub is 0.28+, with .100 taken by the o-ring groove.
