X valve

Hello all, long time since I have been active here. Long story short i need x-valve orings. Where is the best place to get them these days? I am from South Africa and the last time I wanted to buy some, shipping almost cost more than the o-ring kits, however I am looking into biting the bullet if need be as I want my mag back up and running. I might buy a sear as well to test another theory, but that is less important at the moment.

good question right now as AGD is in the process of finding new sources for o rings and other parts and is out of a lot of things. do you have an industrial supply down there that sells urethane and teflon o rings? if so you could piece your own kits together. some people say the black buna o rings work just fine but i've never tried them and don't want to experiment.

Had a look at tunaman, but didn't go further. As for buna I have some but i suspect they are a few micro mm out as i have a tiny leak.

You can try him at tunaman5@verizon.net . I can't remember how much international shipping he does, but he is usually more flexible than AGD on tiny parts. I think AGD has improved their small shipping in the last few years as well.

I ordered a kit from Tuna, so now the 2-3 month wait... due to customs and the like. Hoping it will get here sooner but I highly doubt it.

Good and bad news. Got the oring kit today and I realized I forgot what goes where and my YouTube skills has dwindled . Anyone has a link to a rebuild video?

Edit I see it got here in 'record' time

Unfortunately the orings in the kit aren't labelled, so use this to help you determine which orings are which. No need to measure. Just lay them all out and group them into the same sizes and then match to the guide.
