*update*

I put my old on/off o-ring in. tightened the on/off top hat with 2 adjustable wrenches, spun the on/off top hat around (idk if it's supposed to sit a certain way, there's no markers indicating it should sit a certain way) gassed it up and no leaks, and no recharge issue. I'm thinking the O-ring inner diameter was too small for the on/off pin, OR the top hat on the on/off valve can only sit one way. Either way it's fixed. Thanks guys.

yes the on/off on all mags only goes together one way.

You shouldn't be able to see the gauge drop. It should just jiggle, if anything.


The bottle reg may be slow.
