No matter what, you will want on/off valves on each tank other wise the pressure between the tanks will equalize. As the pressure drops you won't have usable air (unless it's a very low pressure gun).

Probably hpa (high pressure air). A custom manifold would look the best. You could use some 15 deg asa's from an autococker. And a tank regulator. If you didn't have on/off valves on each one (I Recommend valves) you would have to keep them together like one tank. (assembling them empty then filling all together possibly damaging the tank regs?) Otherwise it would be impossible to screw 3 in at the exact same time. This would have to be very well made and be strong there would be all sorts of spots it could leak. I would recommend a local machine shop or one of our air smiths. But don't expect it to be cheap. Or (if your on a budget) you could use 3 on off asa's mounted on a rail and some proper fittings from the hardware store all plumed together with macro line.

I have a special remote line with a dual tank manifold.. PM me if you are interested. It lets you run two tanks to one asa via the remote. Its not 3, but its at least a good [safe] starting point.

i have an x7 phenom,
sorry for bad image just a quick thing i did in paint.
the idea is to get the air inside the stock, i have seen 22 cu and 13cu o2 tanks that should fit but may not fit 3 inside the stock though. Not sure if i should take the regs that come on the tanks off and make 1 common reg. after all the tanks have been linked. ??
would like to avoid having on/off on each tank. would be better if it acted like 1 tank after all is linked.
