Thanks for posting this, as for the past hour I've been sitting here wondering how to get the power tube out, and then the valve.

I just picked up a prolite from a friend who said it hasn't been cleaned in years. I've never seen so much pink paint before. There's paint in the valve, it's everywhere!

I don't know if the power tube is stuck from the paint or something's holding it in that my blind eyes can't see.

Help please.

the valve body is held in the gun body by a "key". the key is located under the front threaded insert that the front grip frame screws go into. pull that insert out and the key will fall out and the valve will come out of the back of the gun body. the power tube will come out after that. make sure you remove the velocity adjustment set screw first, then slide the power tube out.
