Making them in bulk with high quality production machines capable of that level of accuracy starts getting expensive unless you make them in bulk, and making them in bulk starts costing real money and risking legal issues from the patent owner(s).
And third, how would you operate it? As far as I'm aware, no one currently makes an aftermarket board capable of running two solenoids, as an MQ on a 'Cocker would require. You'd have to use an old EBlade board (and so, why not just use an old EBlade?) or dig up an old Morlock, T-Board, or other pushing-a-decade-old thing, or build yourself a board.
They're fun, but there's just not enough demand for them these days.

Enoch/Dirty Engineer is making bluetooth based boards for Angels and plans to make one as a drop in E-Blade replacement soon. There is a 9v Bluno Arduino board that could fit inside most frames with a 9v Lithium Ion pack... multiple outputs there at 9v. Sure, the front block solenoid might be 6v (5v for race), but you can get the same solenoid/valve from SMC in multiple voltages... 3v, 5v, 6v, 9v, 12v, 24v...
If I could get the specs for the solenoid, I could have my company's machine shop make the rest. One of our divisions is making safety valves so... its in our wheelhouse.
