Rat valve seal

I have a rat valve, the seal Is a bit chewed up. I'm talking about the plastic washer from the face of the valve body. It lets air through when the valve is supposed to be closed. (Yes I cocked it, and no it's not too low pressure). Anyhoo I was wondering if anybody new the dimensions of one of these to potentially order from mcmastercarr or even somewhere that sells the seal by itself? I emailed autocockerparta.com asking them if they had any spares. Let me know what you know

Thanks all

Have you reversed it yet?

I think it's Teflon. Could probably be made. Not sure if anyone carries replacements anymore. The ANS version of it is only $15.

Yeah it leaks using both sides of it. Hopefully ANS sells a spare that is cheap and compatible with the rat. If not, another rat is only like $25 on autocockerparts. Gonna start telling people not to cock and shoot the marker when its not gassed up.

I'll figure out dimensions, but does anybody have any suggestions on which material to use from MMC?

Might want to call BBT or Shocktech and see if they have anything as well.

I'm going to try what Ravi suggests

"The RAT II also has a lifetime warranty on everything but parts that fail from regular wear and tear (o-rings and the valve seat). The valve seat is $2.99 to replace, but Rennick (owner of Bad Boyz Toyz) says that if you say "please" and return your old worn out seat with a note explaining why Bad Boyz Toyz is cool (I SWEAR that I’m not making this up) they’ll send you a free replacement."
