Air hose connection question

I want to go from this

To this

I spent some time in Lowes/Home Depot and there was nothing there that could help me. Anyone with any advice?

Get a 1/4"male to 1/8"female not adapter, stick it on the end of a remote line.

Question is, can that blow gun take 800psi?

Edit: No, probably not. Looks like its rated for 150psi. Now you gotta ask, is it worth adding an inline reg for this? Or just skip the whole blow gun and use the remote line like so.

Freedummy: i currently do that, but it requires both hands and my legs or something to hold the tank whilst trying to turn it on/off quickly and aiming it where i need. Not a fan, plus sometimes the tank's push pin gets angry and doesn't like to seal after some of the quick on/off turns.

netsurfer: For that i'd just do better to buy $100 worth of disposable air cans.

You could try a high pressure ball valve:

All you would have to do for that is plumb it up and release the air with the lever. Its going to be hard to find an air blow gun that can handle 800psi

That's what I do. Cradle the tank in your armpit and turn it on with that same arm - use the free hand to aim the hose.

Pressure washer handles are rated for 3000-4000psi?

The issue comes up one in a while when someone is making a cannon, or whatever. Sort of a kludge,

^I've used pressure washer handles for several cannon builds, the industrial quality ones are rated for pretty high pressure
