Broken JT Revy's
To make a long story short, I've seen at least 5 of the new JT revy's have motor problems, several fresh out of the box. My boss broke 2, a teammate of mine broke another, now I have one. While I know my way around most guns, I don't work on hoppers much. I'm assuming that others have experienced this phenomenon as well; has anyone had any luck fixing the motors?

I haven't had issues with the motors yet other than excessive noise from the drivetrain... I tried relubing the gear box with limited success.
I've also noticed they're slower than the VL versions... I've been able to outshoot my 12V JT Revy fairly consistently, and I'm not pulling the trigger all that fast either.
My guess is they're not high quality motors - OG Revy motors might work if you have any broken ones lying about. Most of the time the boards fried on those.
They're very simple in operation too, no reason you couldn't use a random motor that fits and has the same power requirements.
