Palmer's/cocker advice needed

I currently have a full body 2k+ sniper setup with a full size male stabilizer running c02. No idea what the stab is actually putting out for pressure. I'd like to replace the stab with the short Fatty version so I can run a 3.5/4oz tank island style. My concern is the fatty stab puts out a max of 350psi and i'm concerned this is too low. Any idea? I know fairly little about autococker/snipers in general.

build a reg tester and see what pressure your sniper is running at now. That will tell you much more than trying to guess.

2k+ cockers normally operate at ~350 PSI, so you should be ok.

That is what I should do, but no extra parts to slap one together and this is the only marker I run a tank on.

At worst you would also need a lower pressure valve.

Buy a gauge and put it on the Stab to find your output pressure?

Palmer's/cocker advice needed

The best way i found to build a reg pressure tester is to use an old remote or an standard ASA with two port
On one side i fitted a remote slide check for quick degas and on the other side i put a gauge mounted on a quick connect. The quick connect allow me to change different pressure gauge depending on the max pressure i want to read (i use a 1kpsi, 500psi and 300psi) i know a bigger 2.5" gauge for better accuracy but i did not had one when i built this

If you replace a reg in your marker you just have to remove and check pressure then ajust the new one to the same pressure

The pressure your marker need depend on the valve and spring you use in your setup but 350psi should work

Order the Palmer's LP valve and do a swap.

I have owned stock cockers that ran anywhere from just under 400 down to around 275 without doing anything. I suspect that with some air and springs you can get even your stock valved one well down below that output. Full sized bodies tend to be able to run lower than mini body due to volume.
