Well, she finally came to life tonight. It was thrilling. I've obviously got some tuning to do, but just making it cycle was very satisfying. The 3 way seems to be binding up my trigger pull a little. I replaced the orings and lubed it. Maybe it just needs to break in. My cocking point seems to be a little off also, but that's easy. I'm just waiting on a swivel barb for the ram and I think I'm all set. Maggots micro line did seem to install a little easier than what I had. Still is a pain in the butt though.

Also i tried to disassemble my 2 piece brass ram. I don't have a rebuild kit for it, just wanted to inspect it. Boiling water did nothing to break the seal. Don't want to torch it and melt anything. I guess if it works just leave it alone right?

The (almost) finished product.

I have a black tanto coming to replace the polished. And I'd like to replace the scratched up reg. But she is fully functional and very smooth.

Very clean, very nice. That has to be the absolute best macroline alignment Ive seen yet, looks nice

I'm pretty sure my cocker has been "almost finished" about 5 different times now.

Anno is happening later this month so the finished tag may actually get put on it this time.

That and I have run out of things to replace

It's about an 1/8" off vertically. That's all thanks to the frame. Integrated rails are sweet.

I seem to be having an issue ocassionly of it not staying cocked. Seems to happen if the trigger does not return quickly. I'm pretty sure I've narrowed the cause down to the 3 way. Seems to bind a little every once in a while. Any thing else I can do to help prevent this? Maybe a cocking rod adjustment?

Lube anything that moves, increase trigger spring pressure.

It's possible it could use a little adjustment

Have you doubled checked the glide screws in the trigger frame ? They can cause binding issues if they aren't adjusted correctly. Also make sure the 3 way actuating rod isn't doing anything funny when pull the trigger does it now out?

The actuator rod does slightly pull in to the frame at the end of the trigger pull. Sometimes it binds. Just barely. If I touch it at all it snaps forward. Just Fine with no air on it.
