Yes. It fires first then pull a little more and cocks. I am not computer savvy so I will try to figure out or get my wife to figure out how to get a video up.

Ok so update and a thank you to all you guys. So I think it really was the paint to bore size difference and also possibly timing issue. I polished the sear where the lug makes contact as it was pretty rough. Realized that I could shorten the lug length after I did that. Also that paint i was using was very tiny. GI 4 star wasnt even what I would consider under bored with the .675 insert, and originally before I got my freak kit, I was using a .687 barrel. I'll be playing tomorrow so I will be able to verify with a chrono and make sure theres a real difference.
