Repairing drilled eye holes on a cocker

How would I go about repairing eye holes some turd drilled into a aka works body for race eyes could I re weld some aluminum or have to get eye covers if I need I covers any I should get i plan on getting it custom annoed as well so if I could weld the hole would it hold up for anno

Welding requires a different alloy and tempers the metal - it will be the most "solid" repair, but it won't anodize cleanly. You'll see the repair, the colors will be different. Can be hidden if your design/color-scheme is messy.

I plan on getting a silver base with dark purple/black sponge think that would cover it

They wont work on the holes in the cocker I have theres only one hole and no threads the guy that did it used a little dab of epoxy it looks like to hold them in
