Bolt not cocking

Hey, Working on putting Spyder together after a long and arduous time collecting parts. The bolt is sitting just passed the breach before cocking it and when I attempt to cock it, something stops it giving me just about 1/8" of breach clear.

Any ideas?

Took detent out and frame off and the bolt still won't pull back any further.

If anyone has Facebook messenger, I could video chat if its easier.

THanks

Is it rear cocking or side cocking?

Did you put your hammer spring guide rod in backwards? It is in there at all?

Spring guide was in there properly.

I uh.. I wasn't paying attention to see if you had the hammer in the right way. If it was backwards that would definitely have been the problem

Right length spring guide?, what model of marker and what/who's bolt?. Possible that RVA may be too long if it' has the spring guide is part of the RVA screw.

my vote is the spring guide being too long. ive see that happen before.... (RT67)

striker in backwards would do it too but that should be pretty obvious.
