Barrel questions

I don't know if this has been asked before but here goes. Is there any difference between the Powerlyte Sceptre and the Empire revolver kit? I don't think so, but before I buy one I want to be sure that I can mix and match.
Thanks for your help.

The Scepter and Revolver are both made by Powerlyte. Awesome kits if you want an insert system. As stated above, parts from different generations are not interchangeable.

Bringing this one back up for a question - how do you know what generation of kit you have? I have a Spyder Revolver kit and I'm looking for an Autococker back, but I have no idea what gen of Scepter back to look for. I've tried the Powerlyte website, but it's down waiting for the new '08 page....hope it gets done before '09....
