Changed out the main ram o-ring and everything is moving more freely. Ram movement still very spongey though. We do not want the 3-way holding air, right? When I pull back the block and pull the trigger, a puff of air comes out of the 3-way. Then same thing when I push the block forward again and pull the trigger again. Next step is to work with the 3-way like you mentioned above, Trbo?

What you are describing is normal

Here's what's happening

You pull the block back and you are creating pressure in the back of the ram, then when you pull the trigger that switches the 3 way and that pressure is released.

This also works in reverse in that your can create a vacuum in one side of the ram

so when I air it up, pressure will come from the lpr and prevent the vacuum on one side and the other half will vent through the three way on the other side... hopefully. Current sponginess is due to vacuum no matter which side I free up. I think I got it.

suppose Iíll follow back up when I can get my hands on some air. Thanks a bunch!
