Eclipse qev leaks?
Hey guys, built and tuned my first cocker (mech).. It fires, but feels like the ram is slamming shut. Also, it has a nexus ram and eclipse qevs on it and the front one leaks quite a bit...

All the parts on the gun are used.. could all my problems be timing based? or is the qev leak maybe a bad seal in the ram?

Can't speak as to the qev repair, but most people recommend that IF you choose to use qev's on a mech you should only use one. Qev's are not of much use on a mech, they make them hard to time and do not provide any benefit, you can't shoot it fast enough for a qev to help in any way. You have one of the smoothest rams ever made, I would personally take them off, or just use one on the front. It will shoot a lot smoother.

Paintballgateway sells the rebuilds for them.its probably little black diaphragm it looks like a nipple from a baby bottle but much much smaller and black. Just be gentle with the qev body soft aluminum
