Eblade super low velocity

So I have an eblade 1 on a marker. It worked fine the first time I tried it out and it's basically brand new. I noticed that the hammer lug was too low and not allowing the hammer to fire until the solenoid was completely compressed. So I adjusted it accordingly and than attempted to fire the marker again.

When there isn't paint in the gun it sounds like it fires just fine, but when there is paint in the breech it has a super low velocity and the balls go maybe 15 feet at a super low velocity. I just thought it needed to be sweetspotted so I left it alone.

Well I swapped theframe out onto my orracle that shot completly fine and at a perfect velocity before, to have the gun shoot at a super low velocity. I did not change a thing with the hpr lpr or anything during the swap.

Does anyone have any idea what could cause this? I'm really at a loss of ideas besides maybe the board not being good. I just don't see what the board would affect in this situation. Any help would be great.

check the condition of the sear and its spring...
is the thin washer for pancake there?
only reason im asking these are once i had low sputter ball out the barrel issue with 04ps i put an eblade on...it happened in the middle of a game...paint was coming out but barely leaving the barrel...air was fine...2500 on the tank...370 at the reg..
turns out ...i had lost the back screw on the frame....so..i can only surmise it was the loose fit of the sear to lug...
being that you swapped frames....i am sure a loose frame wasnt the issue
it aint the lug cause ud have found that out too with the swap...as would u any hpr issues..
and i am sure you checked the battery....

The battery isn't brand new but it works on my other e blades just fine. I will try brand new battery tonight. And check the thin washer. Where bouts does it sit in the solenoid.. under it?

The hpa reg? I didn't swap regs out only the frame.. the ref is setup perfectly and wasn't touched during swap.

What setting would be considered the dwell on the eblade

So I adjusted the hammer lug a bit to try and get the hammer to fire sooner in the cycle. With no luck. Still zero basically no velocity. It's almost like there isn't even enough air in the chamber.. all the settings on the board are the same as the eblade frame that came off the gun. And it fired perfect before the swap. Still at a complete loss with this.
