Pre-2K cocker, use an LPC or convert to 2K specs?
I am finally getting around to building up a couple of pre-2K cockers that have been on my to-do list for a few years now. Both use FreeFlow Fulcrum RF pre-2k bodies and I have been considering the option of getting the bodies and front-blocks bored out and tapped to 2K specs. The other option is I could just go with an LPC. Is there much of an advantage in converting to 2K specs versus just running an LPC?

I personally would just run an lpc. performance difference between 2k+ and a pre2k with lpc isnt that different.
Is their a specific reason you want it done?
