Ergo (and alike) reg question

Hello,

I used to have an ergo reg ... I loved it ... And I sold it ... Now I need a reg
I was looking for the output pressure of the reg ...
After not founding it, I discovered that some other regs have the same internals.

So, here are my questions:
- what is the output pressure range of those regs?
- how do they perform on co2?
- what about liquid co2?
- what other regs have the same internals? Can they all be rebuilt with an ergo rebuild kit?

Thanks
X

All of the WGP regs use more or less the same internals, only difference was the adjustment. So, anything from sledgehammers all the way thru the karnivors STO reg could be rebuilt from the same kits. Conveniently, empire sniper/ressi regs use the same reg seat as well. Pressure range is 0~550, and they work well on CO2. Idk about liquid, but overall the wgp regs are quite robust regs. In general, they're among my favorite budget regs.

And uh. If you're looking for one I have a chrome ergo reg inch about to post up for sale.

Thanks Magiemoo for the info.
It's for a project, but I don't have any reg to mess with ...
550 might be too low, any way to bump up the pressure by shortening the spring?

i have pumped these eros, bms....to 750-800, but at those pressures maybe just run direct from ur tank?.
the above pressures i got testing on a 11oo output so i know it was being regulated,
i did shim it.

Thanks that's what I would be shooting for ... It would be for my TS-1 ...

I'm thinking to go straight from the co2 tank to the remote line then the reg. Or have the reg between the tank and the remote line ... I keep flipfloping ...

Do you remember how much you shimmed it?

Is there any difference between the "stock who" reg and the ergo / black magic except the look?

I think all I did was add a shim. You have to keep in mind on air up the reg will start out at 350ish.
Also if ur tank output is 750-800 that will be ur reg maxoutput.
The biggest difference beside the look is the external adjustment on the bottom. The stock ones where the macro goes into the bottom need to have that bottom cap removed in order to adjust psi
