Phantom tpc in bolt

Valve

Cupseal

Gas transfer tube

Gas diffuser? I think there is supposed to be a magic nipple here but I don't seem to have one?

Hard to see but there should be a seal in there that is trapped by the pierce pin assembly

If leaking down the barrel/out of valve tube this is the culprit zone!

Thanks a bunch guys! I don't know if it is the correct seal, but I had a nylon washer I'm assuming was the puncture seal from my Phantom spare parts kit. I dropped it in the puncture seal assembly hole, centered it up and then re-installed the puncture seal. It didn't seem like it fit in there correctly but the gun seems to be working great now so maybe that's just how those seals work??
Your right Lrrpie-CT, these guns are simple! I'm kinda glad I had to keep taking it apart and trying things. Not much in there to go wrong really.

That would be the cupseal. It will work but to make it fit the puncture assembly you need to trim the outside and bore out the inside.

I did that and it works a charm. Seals and no more backing out the 12 g knob.

I thought about boring out the inside so it sets down over the end of the puncture pin assembly before I dropped it in. Great to know that will be safe to do. I'll pull it out and do that. Much appreciated man!

yea that's the pierce pin seal. they can be replaced with the CCI polyurethane cup seal if cut to suit. it should sit flat on the pierce pin like so:

those dimensions are the correct inside and outside diameter.

Stilgar in your pictures, the magic nipple is there... it's the white delrin hat. the originals had a rubber nub in them but it's not required.
