Pump handle CAD specs from Josh

pump CAD attached, STEP and STL files with a 3D PDF for preview.

I made a dropbox link, let me know if it works.

Anybody want to knock out some pump handles? These should fit nelspots too right?

EDIT: Adding the main IPT and a pdf drawing with key dimensions

i can print handles if anyone needs them, nothing to test fit them to though.. but if the CAD is dimensionally accurate im willing to give it a go

something is very wrong with that STL file, its about an inch long.. and converting it from inches to MM makes it about a foot long..

and the PDF file has a parsing error... But it appears to have been made in fusion. So I should be able to import it there an see what went wrong. Also, would someone give me the diameter of the lower tube it slides along? that will help me get the scaling correct if I've got to upscale by percentage

I don't have a mic or calipers, but it looks to be exactly 1", +/- 1/64". If that helps...

Might want to try reloading them. Imported both CAD files into Fusion and they look ok. Length of 7", ID of 1.016", and an OD of 1.65" at the fat end.

Same. Had the guys at work print one for me and it looks to be the correct size. Of course, I don't have a marker to check it against, but someday...
