Favorite Coffee Brewing Method?

Having dabbled in several different coffee brewing methods over the years, I've finally found my personal favorite - the French press. It got me wondering. What's your favorite way to brew?

I’ve only ever used a drip coffee maker, but I’m thinking about getting a percolating for camping.

I’m lazy so I do k cups. I also have a nespresso machine that does espresso shots from little ups as well.

I usually go for 1 k cup and a double shot of espresso. I brew it before I shower in the morning then dump it over ice and drink that on the way to work. Tastes the same every time and take about 30 seconds.

The thing I’ve come to appreciate about a good cup of coffee is just how smooth it can be without even a hint of bitterness. If I just need a quick caffeine fix, then I can throw in a K-cup. But if I want a really good cup to enjoy, I’ve found that good coffee takes time.

K cups at work because they are free and plentiful. For home I prefer to grind the beans and use a French press. I assume not all presses are equal and that mine is low end.

On weekends I will use a vacuum brewer, it makes such a smooth cup of coffee, but the rest of the week its in the drip maker so I can set it up the night before
