I luckily have my tub right in front of the toilet. It has come in handy a time or 2 following heavy drinking.

No such luck... The master bathroom has a shower stall, and the door opens to block the toilet, making a two ended sickness very inconvenient

I do not have any tubing for sale, nor will I be restocking. Once more, sorry.

Today I figured out how to do tool offsets on the DRO on the new lathe... This is amazing!

I have diameter offsets figured out... next I need to work out the length offsets and life will be so much easier.

Just some news...

A while back, I broke a big piece off of one of my teeth. It was all fine and dandy, until about a week and a half ago... The tooth began to hurt, so I contacted Jen's dentist. He took a look at it Monday, a week ago, and stated it would need a root canal, or an extraction. The root canal appointment was set for Friday.

Needless to say, I dislike doctors and dentists. Fortunately, this dentist was *very* good at his job, and the root canal went off without any discomfort... Until later that evening. The pain was off the top of the chart, so I had to wait until Monday to get an appointment on Tuesday to see him to confirm everything was ok, and I was just being too sensitive.

Monday, on the way home from work, I grabbed something to eat. Not realizing that there was a seed or something else very hard in the food, I managed to bite down on the tooth with the root canal work done to it. The pain was so bad I had to stop the car, and bang my head on the steering wheel for about 5 minutes, so I could drive again.

Of course the tooth stops hurting on Monday evening, like the car not making funny noises for the mechanic. :/ We all wake up on Tuesday morning to a coating of ice on everything... The dentist's office calls me to inform me the office is closed. Fortunately, the pain is gone. On Friday, I have an appointment to get the initial fitting for the crown.

The reason for all this backstory is... I have been in too much pain to be in the shop, so no one's projects, including my own are getting done. I spent a few minutes in there, and nearly removed my thumb with the lathe. At that point, I decided to pack it in, and do more later.

TL;DR - Toothache + Pain meds = unsafe to work in the shop. Nothing has been done for the last week and a half.

You Know.... If you code it right, you could probably get the CNC machine to make a new tooth... while the metal is in your mouth.

Just saying.

Hope you feel better bud. Tooth Pain SUCKS!!!!!!
