Buzzard Barrel Questions

I just picked up a Buzzard, and after browsing through the past few years of post here, see that Buzzard barrel questions are frequent. However, I picked up 2 different barrel kits, and neither will thread into this Buzzard. So now for the questions:

1) If this DYE era Buzzard isn't cocker threaded, what threading is it? (or is it just a variant Cocker thread/ different tolerance?) I've included a picture below that shows Carter Cocker Barrel (with insert), a Taso Cocker Barrel and the stock Buzzard Barrel.

2) If it is Cocker threaded, and the threading is just slightly off, should I sand down the threading on the Kits so that it will fit, as mentioned in this thread: https://www.mcarterbrown.com/forums/...threads-2.html or should I just get another Buzzard that fits the threads of the barrel kits?

Any advice, helpful hints, tips or trick are always appreciated.

Turns out that it's very much like the linked thread above. The Carter Barrel kit and other Autococker barrel have threads with a much larger outer diameter than the stock Buzzard Barrel. Guess it's time to retap or sand some threads.

Just for anyone having the same issue in the future:

I found a cocker threaded tap and a tap wrench and gently recut the threading of the Buzzard Body/ Snub. Rectified the situation and all my cocker barrels are now threading on the Buzzard.
