...or mount a red dot sight on the feedblock, then just unscrew the feed tube and drop the FS rounds in with the barrel pointed down and the pump pulled back. Same benefits without needing custom stuff made.

Now that I think about it, I believe FS rounds are around .688 and last time I used them in my Phantom I couldn't use the detent rings because the fins started cracking when I tried breech loading (they seem a lot more brittle than normal paintballs). But they loaded fine when I didn't have a detent ring in. I think that is why I ended up muzzle loading them during the game.

I'll be picking up some FS for my spring time woods games this year, and look into making some type of a vertical feeding thingy.

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...
tlane77 He's got a woody for your woods.

Remember you also need to plug the feedblock screw hole to prevent gas from blowing out of the hole behind the projectile. The easiest way is to grind down a little length from a screw for the vertical ASA. If you don't shorten it, it will obstruct the breech and break balls when the bolt is closed.
