Some things that came up from talking with Mike Casady......

before, during, and after the Supergame.

Anodizing: He is considering cutting back to just black and silver. It is not cost effective to maintain a stock in the custom colors. Custom colors would still be available, but as a special order and with an additional cost.

New lever changer for the classic Phantom: - This is currently on hold, although a lot of work has already been done.

First Strike Breech: - Currently on hold due to the field insurance issue.

Phantom Revolution: - The initial run for commercial sale was 125 guns. When these are all sold, there will probably not be a second run. Get them while you can....

Dual Rod Undercocking kit - These have turned out to be popular, he sells quite a few of them.

C-bored Barrels - These are new barrels, not bored out stock ones. The stock barrel has an oring groove, and boring it for inserts would make it too thin at that point, and subject to breaking. The c-bored barrels do not have the groove.

If you ever get a chance to talk to Mike, do so.... He knows a lot of paintball history.

If you have a problem with a Phantom, give him a call.

Go to the SuperGame in Oregon. Mike is one of the sponsors, and he gives large discounts at the event (guns -20%, parts -30%).

He was talking abut this a few years back. I'm surprised he still has some, but then again I own 6 Phantoms and zero Revolutions. Let's face it, he did a lot right with the Phantom, not hating on the Revolution, just saying.

Noted.... He's had a long time to perfect the classic. He is still making updates to the Revolution.

I think he had a dozen or so on the workbench to assemble...

I tinkered with lever changer proto type at SPE 2015. Mike was there with a table of fun stuff.

If the revolutions are being discontinued I might have to put my sc up for sale and grab a revolution. Especially if Mikes not going to do the acid wash anymore.

Anyone have any feedback on the revolutions? Are they pretty problem free? I fondled the one haveblue had disassembled at his booth, but I've yet to shoot one.
