The cell phone pics don't even come close to doing this ano justice. I had never seen a dust ano with a gloss clear coat on top, but Mike at CCI is always full of surprises. It's unfortunate that CCI won't be producing colored ano anymore as a stocked item, but that will just make us appreciate what we have all the more.

Nice setup; I'm thinking about getting a phantom for a minimalist "go play" setup. Narrow down my gear to fitting into a back pack and going to the field more often.

The color is just a semi strange dark green anodizing kind of matte blasted almost sparkly. I have a frame like that it doesn't look like there is a clear on top.

Who said cci isn't going to make colored guns anymore?

Mike will do "Special Colors" but on a very very limited basis and you may have to wait until there is enough interested parties to make the special colors run. He's just not going to "Stock" the special colors anymore.

At least that's what I've heard from several different sources a couple of different times.

Maybe won't be bringing in as many colorful guns to mess up his cash flow.

I think you can still order the fun cool color gun you want. CCI is so cool.

Very good idea. Says me, who just got a giant gearbag to fit all my gear and three markers...but hey, to keep a minimal day, a Phantom is perfect. Bring parts for OC/SC, good to go.
