How old is my phantom

Ok guys i bought a phantom and i want to know around about year it came out, i only want to know cause this thing is OLD and is the smoothest nelson i have ever put my hands on, buttery smooth, i know the previous owner had it for 17 years before i got it, serial #7332, it does have the older style TPC with the nylon lock set screw

I think that certain guns shoot better after being broken in. Nelsons seem to follow this.

If it has a vertical adapter screwed on the front of the grip frame, it’s current vintage, same with a removable barrel. The old ones were unibody, and the early versions were not drilled for a vertical adaapter. The old older bolts didn’t even have a nylon set screw.

The serial number should be on the bottom of the trigger guard.

I canít imagine it would be too much older than 17 years. My 2002 is a 285** something.
