While I salute your zeal for learning, you now have similar questions regarding Phantom efficiency spread out over 4 different threads (at least) along with several PMs. In order to benefit the community, it would be more helpful to ask all your questions in one thread that deals exclusively with Phantom efficiency. That way in the future, when other players search for the same topic you're discussing, they'll be able to easily find the answers all in one place. Same goes for technical questions sent via PMs. PMs are obviously private and will never benefit the community, which is why it's always best to ask all technical questions in a forum post.
Your regged vs. unregged Phantom efficiency thread would be a good place to consolidate all of your efficiency questions. Hope this helps.
And to not completely highjack this thread, I'll answer the question of a Phantom "break in" period... As idkfa stated, there is no break in period for a Phantom.

here is my phantom set up: stock internals except i changed to the red main spring, and I got the Airsoldier tpc that is ported. I also have my barrel freak bored. I am getting around 40 - 45 shots off of a 12 gram shooting around 290-300 fps
