Public Thanks to CCM - Post yours here.

Thanks Lauren!

I ordered something from your eBay store, and it came ultra swift and in perfect condition!

Now I gotta go leave + feedback for you folks!:)

MOD EDIT:

I added this to a sticky so we can keep any thanks or feedback in one spot for CCM.

Thanks buddy! Oh and it's Laurie, she's Bill's wife... and the one who makes sure we get paid, so we think she's pretty awesome ourselves! :)

Riddler 01-30-2010 10:02 PM

I have to echo Shiba-Kun's sentiments. I've bought parts from CCM's Ebay store a time or two, and picked up a T2 from them a couple weeks ago.

Had my first chance to use the T2 today in a scenario game in Ohio. We started the day at 10 and it had risen to a balmy 19 by the time we were wrapping up. The dimply .679" Polar Ice shot amazingly well out of my T2, other than 2 or 3 barrel breaks (not the marker's fault in any way). It was just a pleasure to shoot. +/-2 over the chrono all day long. On a side note I found that holding the pump handle forward only increased velocity by 5-7 fps. That tight range allowed me to chrono in right at the cap.

I knew the T2's efficiency was good going in, but honestly, it was even better than I expected. I shot 1500 today all told, but at one point, I shot a hopper (12v Revy) and 4 140-rd pods, and only drained half of my 45ci 4500 tank.

Will get around to writing a review eventually, but for now, wow. And thanks!

diOs 01-31-2010 09:03 AM

I had the pleasure of dealing with Laurie last year. it was just to order frame screws and the return spring that goes in the pump handle. i couldn't wait and wanted it shipped next day, which would of cost a small fortune and i didn't care. she told me she would call me back in a couple of minutes. when she did she had a list of shipping options. Thanks to her she was able to get me the order by friday (had practice on the weekend)and cut the shipping like in half or more. I got what i paid for, ten fold.

FiXeL 01-31-2010 12:48 PM

So far i have to say that CCM has been the most pleasant company to deal with. Not just paintball companies in general, but of all companies i've dealt with in the past. Ordering was pretty straightforward, and if you have any special requests, no problem at all... Some people have critisized all the hype about the T2 and all, but i think what makes CCM great is they actually listen to their customers... Companies like that are pretty rare in the paintball community.

doom-king 01-31-2010 06:22 PM

I really love my T2, thank you all so much.

240SX 01-31-2010 06:51 PM

I ordered the CCM pump kit for a Karnivor. The pump arm was the wrong length with the kit but I sent in dimensions for a new one and they had it built and shipped out in no time. Work FANTASTIC. If other companies would have the customer service mentality of CCM this sport would be in a lot better shape.

pakalolo 01-31-2010 11:24 PM

thank you bill mel and rod the T2 shot like butter this weekend and thank you again for lunch on friday and accommodating us on our visit
up there !!!! see you guys at big game!!!

Silver 02-01-2010 11:55 PM

Out of all my markers my S5b is the only one I will never let go of :) Even my T2 doesn't hold a place in my heart like that S5. Great shooting markers and great products from an awesome company.

alpha434 02-02-2010 12:00 AM

CCM's customer service is grade A. And there are only a couple other companies that hold that rating with me.

Thank you guys!

Mayvik 02-02-2010 12:29 AM

Well I think CCM is a pretty good company..but I dunno...Mel owes me a beer...

Thanks for taking the time to answer my call and take my order! I have a problem with talking to people over the phone (i'm sorry you had to go through that), but thank you for being understanding and taking me through the process with relative ease!

Mel 02-10-2010 12:36 PM

LoL, no worries yo! I am glad you got what you where looking for and please don't hesitate to call again.

crazyorigin 02-23-2010 06:59 PM

Just ordered some parts from CCM, and just as usual, they dont disapoint. I just picked up an SS25 in sad shape, but about 3 minets on the phone has all the parts i need, plus extra's all at great prices. Evreytime i order parts from CCM i want to buy another gun. If i hadnt already blown my tax return COMPLETLY (i am such a glutton) i would be nabbing that gorgeous brown/silver S6 in their ebay store. The T2's look great on there too, but with the pink i would have to say they are for the GF, but she hasnt even played yet..... someday.

worrptangl 02-25-2010 06:34 PM

Got off the phone not too long ago with Mel. First time in a very long time. I missed chatting with her. I also ordered a EZ grip pump handle for my S5rf.

She as usual left me completely satisfied and wanting more!:p

Buck 02-25-2010 06:57 PM

I bought off your ebay store either 2 or more times and everything was always great!

Rickfactor2 03-01-2010 07:34 AM

I bought the wrong feedneck from a local store. Mel exchanged it for the correct one and now Im back in the game.

Just had a short talk with Mel (sorry!!) and a pretty long chat with Rod. It was great, and the only 3 words that come to mind: Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!

Not only are they going to put my double barreled gun together, but also tune it to spec so it shoots great from both barrels, and i'm given the correct spring set specs to do so, but Rod is also making an extra spares kit just in case!

I can't thank CCM enough for what they are doing!

You got it man! Thank you for working with us and being so patient. I am glad you and Rod got the chance to speak to on another. I'll send you an update next week.

FiXeL 03-06-2010 08:38 AM

Thanks Mel! I never had such pleasant dealings with any company before! I'll make sure to send you something nice from the netherlands soon!

Allblack 03-10-2010 04:11 PM

I first contact Mel months ago. Great communication, I had all informations I needed. My T2 was built and shipped quickly. Everythings sounded great, but the french customs messed up.
Mel kept in touch and let me know quickly when the gun was returned at CCM. It took me quiete a long time to answer her PM due to family problems. The gun has been shipped a second time and I finally received it 2 days ago.

I'd like to thank Mel and everyone at CCM for the great job they do and the high quality service provided. Please don't change anything, people doing such a good business are getting rare these days !

duos_scythe 03-12-2010 01:03 AM

Just got home from a 13 hour shift, and knowing I had the T2 sitting at my house not being drooled on made me sad. Even though I am extremely tired, I got everything all put on the T2 just have to wait for the sun to come up to take some decent pics worthy of posting. The green turned out perfect, it is basically the same green found on a Monster Energy drink can's tab that opens the can. Thanks again Mel! Oh and everyone else at CCM too, I just didn't get the pleasure of chatting with the rest of the crew.

Stoney126 03-18-2010 06:24 PM

WOW! what customer service. Not only does CCM produce amazing markers their CS is refreshing and rare. I got immediate help from Melissa and Rod And they are taking care of needs without me even asking.

I purchased a J2 back in 05 I think and the CS was outstanding then too. Fantastic work guys and you have my utmost gratitude.

I will continue to make my purchases through CCM because they deliver Fantastic personable service on top of making fantastic equipment.

Im in such a good mood im going to mow the Lawn:LMAO:

Feyd 03-18-2010 07:29 PM

I really need to thank the folks at CCM. I won't go into the details but it was above and beyond anything I expected to receive. Rod hooked me up big time and Mel, is well probably the best at customer service that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Ya I know I'm laying it on thick but true is true and in a world of complainers and the self entitled it's refreshing to get something extra and not get nickeled and dime'd to death. Great people great products and I'll let you in on a little secret. They answer their phones, their E-mails and help when you need it. Rod even called me. I almost had a heart attack! By the way very cool dude. So when I get my next gun it will be a CCM, I just need to figure out how to get Bill to build me a complete brass mid block T-2. I know I can dream! Thanks again. Jim, AKA=Feyd.................

Drachen 03-18-2010 07:57 PM

I was planning on holding off posting here until I got a full day of play with the T2, but after getting a PM from Mel this morning, I had to publicly thank her, and everyone at CCM for the help and stand up customer service they have going on out there.

I bought a T2 a little over a month ago. And had called CCM before a few times even back to when I had a S6. They were always as helpful as anyone can be. I even got to talk to Rod with some technical questions as well. Bought a T2 straight off their Ebay store the day after they posted it, worked with Mel to get the right sizer for the barrel, and she was very willing to help out. A short while after I got it, I also decided on a few other parts I wanted, including a lever lock for the feedneck. Hopefully by next week I should have a fancy schmancy lever lock on my neck, because CCM actually cares about their customers.

I will certainly be a CCM fan (even more so than I have in the past) from here on out.

Thanks again CCM. And Mel, I'll be calling again in a few weeks to get some lazer engraving done too.

:gunsfiring:

I have actually had the pleasure of meeting Mel and Rod in person at the Davis Paintball pump tourney last saturday, exactly the same attitude and personality. I have never had customer service like this before, they have gone above and beyond my expectations especially for a first time buyer, they say your 1st impression is the most important of all. Mel and Rod have definately given me the best and greatest impression that anyone can make on a person/customer. Mel and Rod have outdone themselves in my opinion and are a great asset to CCM. Thank you for everything and you just added another customer for life. Keep up the job well done.

Just got off the phone with CCM... Mel's fault... She promised me pics of some hot double barreled gun pr0n action, and no mail = phonecall!

Mel: CCM how can i help you?

Me: Hi! This is Mel?

Mel: Yeah, how can i help you?

Me: I need some double barreled gun porn.... :LMAO:

Mel: Oh hi!! How are you!

Me: Fine, how are you? Everything great?

Mel: Yeah great! Lemme hook you up with Rod for the latest on your gun, just a moment..

Me: Ok great!

I want to appoligise for the time calling... Rod and everybody else at CCM is really busy at the moment, and i've maybe stalled one or two customer's markers from being finished. Rod was kind enough to spend some time, and we had a good chat about lots of things. (and we got a bit sidetracked, so therefore the appoligy) Rod is working on it, but did not progress as planned due to some other things that came up. No problem, and Rod was kind enough to explain in detail what the delay was. But no biggie at all! He's taking his time with the gun to set it up right, and we have the same mindset on things: either do it right, or not at all. Either way it was great chatting!

Now i'm crossing my fingers for some hot double barrel pron to arrive in my email next monday.

J/K! Take your time... It's a bit of a unusual order, but i'm sure it will be well taken care of. :)

Got my T2 last week and am loving every inch of it.

That said, I am extremely impressed with the level of professional, personalized service I got from Mel and the rest of the crew at CCM.

When I recently lost a close family member, Mel told me to call her and chat a bit. Now I can't remember the last time I've seen a company have such dedicated customer support!

As for the workmanship of the marker itself, I have nothing but good things to say about it. No machining streaks or marks, nice, think anno, seamless assembly. It is a marker that truly looks like it was built and assembled with care. This definitely doesn't feel like a mass-produced marker.

I am now a lifelong CCM customer and will definitely spread the word around my homefield!

Thanks Mel, Rod and Laurie for an exceptional customer experience and a great product!

iceman 03-25-2010 10:51 AM

When I ordered my T2 my paypal took forever to send payment and i needed the gun for a game the next weekend so Mel let me send her a copy of my recipt and shipped it before the payment was acctually sent which is somthing that i would never expect from any company. Thank you CCM for your amazing customer support and products you now have another lifelong customer keep up the good work.

Deuce 03-29-2010 07:46 PM

I just gotta say, it's the little things in life. I placed a small order last week Saturday if I remember correctly. So I could finish off my Sniper build since I installed the Deluxe kit, 86* frame and AT.

Today (Monday) everything showed up. I put everything together, grabbed my Hogues slapped them on and realized I forgot to order new grip screws! :bang:

No problem, I jumped on the ebay store and promptly ordered a set. It wasn't long after I got an email from a familiar sight confirming my order was going out. Thanks again for the replies as well Laurie!

I'm pleased with the customer service I've received so far from everyone at CCM. Kudos to Mel, Bill, and Laurie. I hope to be placing an order for my first full marker in the near future.

I just got my t2 in the mail after quite awhile of waiting due to customs and whatnot

I am so impressed with EVERYTHING to do with this marker, I cannot wait to play a game with it.
It's almost a shame because there's so many things that i want to say about the marker but I'm simply at a loss for words!

Thank you so much to everyone at CCM and a special thank you to Mel for having a quick conversation with "the Peter from canada" this morning!

It was my pleasure Peter! :)
Talking to a happy someone in the morning is the best way to get the day rolling.

flyinggobbo 04-06-2010 04:25 PM

Thank you guys for making such great products and being so helpful.

Ive gotta say that your markers are amazingly built. I lost my back gripframe screw at one point and had a 3/8" gap between it and the body. I could see the sear trip and everything! didnt stop my S5 from shooting for 2 or 3 outings before I noticed it. :D thanks guys.

that and ive never owned a 1 of 2 marker until one of yours. it makes me feel special even though its over kill.

thanks CCM.

a small update, I noticed that one of the feedneck mounting screws was missing and called Mel.
she sorted me out quickly and said a new screw was going to be in the mail for me today!

Thank you sooo much!

Thanks to Rod and Mel for hooking two of my teammates up with beavertails this weekend at HB. And thanks Mel for the awkward "Hi" when I introduced myself for the second time to you. Although awkward moments are few and far between, I LOVE them! I will see you two soon I am sure. I am trying to get out to NPPL Chicago. Just remember my name is only two letters. ;)

Sundown 04-18-2010 06:00 PM

I must say that a couple of month back I was reading all the good feedback about CCM and I thought it was almost to good to be true.

Well I decided to order a T2, so I talked to Mel a couple of times about ordering one and having it shipped to me (since I am in Canada). And I got it a couple of weeks ago and played with it today (it was awesome by the way)

I can now understand all the excellent feedback. Mel was really helpful and everything went better then I could imagine. So, thanks CCM and keep up the good work!

P.S. Mel, I still think "Drop me a line" means calling you and not e-mailing you ;) haha

FiXeL 04-25-2010 08:27 AM

Everyone at CCM was great to talk to, and awesomely helpfull. I never made so much international phonecalls in my life to one number!! :) They went above and beyond with my latest marker, i was so blown away when i got it... Everything was neatly packed and they shipped with the feednecks off to prevent any damage... Very thoughtfull. Also talked alot to rod about some tech stuff and he is an awesome guy!

This expierence has raised my standards of what i see as pure excellence..

Product: A+
Service: A+
Customer care: A+

:bowdown

I would like to thank Melissa, Rod, Laurie, Bill and all the others that made the Twin2 possible.

I have just received my T2. This is my third CCM gun.

I have not seen quality this high since AKA was making guns. The T2 might even be better! Every seam fits together perfectly. The anodizing is flawless, thick and even. The new auto-trigger and dual rod design is terrifically smooth.

The design of the T2 is very well considered. For the first time I don't immediately see something I would change about a gun. I love it.

I have owned many many high end guns. Including custom made pumps by the Palmers. I have also extensively used multiple Carter pumps. The CCM T2 is easily the equal of any of them. I believe that form should follow function, and the T2 is pure flawless function.

Most of this thread is about CCM's great customer service, which they have in spades. But I want to thank CCM for really caring about the quality of their product. I have a series 5 semi that is running just like new after 5 years. I can tell the T2 will be just as reliable.
