t2 question

this is kind of a stupid question but i heard that the dust finish is harder to keep clean and i was wondering. would it be better to keep the dust finish and get a dw barrel, or get a gloss finish and stay with stock barrel?

Dust finish is not harder. Just bead blasted before it is annoed.

He ask if it was harder to keep clean. Not harder harder har har

BTW I like polished better, but I like the dust black for no glare. Who cleans their gun anyway.

The guns we get in for repair are shipped in a bag of paint.

thats sad. hell i usually take my gun apart after every game and give it some cleaning love. having said that its a automag so "taking it apart" consists of one screw >.> 2 if the grip needs cleaned. tho when i get my t2 ( so excited fyi ) i imagine ill just take the bolt out and leave the scary lower half alone for a time.

I would go gloss, honestly the flat finish on my t2 seems a bit fragile compared with my other annoed guns and seems prone to scuffing.

The dust finish does get what look like scuffs but they just wipe off. I've found my dust black T2 to be very durable.

The dust finish is also only on the outside of the marker, all inner surfaces are still diamond honed to sweet, sweet perfection. I think that may be what your asking w/ switching the dust barrel and not the gloss.
