Loctite Build up?
The T2 manual suggests using loctite on several of the screws on the marker. My question is, after several disassemblies and reassemblies, what prevents the loctite from just building up on the threads and jamming them up? What can be used to clean old loctite out?

Easiest thing to do is take your o-ring / dental pick and get in there and clean them out if you're having build-up issues. If things get really bad, you could chase your threads with an appropriate tap (if you have one handy) but I've never had to do that since getting in there with my picks does the trick for me.

I agree. Dental pick works great for cleaning out old loctite and thread sealant.

most of the time, i heat up the end of the SS rod, so the loc-tight turns to powder. that is the only loc-tight item that you regularly need to remove for cleaning in my book.

acetone based nail polish remover is also a good way to break it down
