Tri-flow oil - which one?

I found a local retailer that sells Tri-Flow oil, but the kind for bicycles. Is that one suitable for a CCM pump?

I don't feel like ordering Tri-Flow online and pay as much shipping as the product itself, especially if I can buy the stuff locally: Triflow Lube - Mountain Equipment Co-op. Free Shipping Available

That's the exact same stuff in a different bottle. Kinda like how slick honey was originally made for bikes as well but works amazing on spool valve guns. Get it and you'll be good to go. Just make sure you don't use too much because it will attract dirt and sand.

Also make sure you don't get the aerosol can of it. You probably weren't about to do that but I wanted to feel helpful. The squeeze bottle you linked is what most people use

Squeeze bottle works for me. Wish I hadn't lost the little tube that came with it. Oh well.

BTW...I am pretty sure using rubber gloves is a good idea. I get the feeling it's pretty caustic stuff. YMMV.

I use the aerosol can - but the dropper is MUCH better.

LOL yeah, I remember reading on the last bottle I had that the stuff may lead to cancer? Crazy!

EVERYTHING in enough quantity leads to cancer. I wouldn't worry about it.

But bathing in triflow is probably a bad idea all the same.
