All those people asking about the SR1 being mag fed payed off, I really wasn't expecting thus new rifle to be. I am excited about it, now I can deal with it being right feed only, but if it was to have a left feed option I would be even more excited. I thought the mag well area looked bigger than the old SR1. I am seeing it but I am not sure if I believe it, I have a feeling there will be a very, very large demand for these after they drop, glad I am on the list. Billet aluminum, small mags, yummy!

I gotta say that a metal magazine is pretty cool.

Will they be serviceable? Removable internals For cleaning and such.

Probably. I would imagine the bottom plate on the mag would come off to to be able to remove the spring and follower for cleaning.
