Thoughts on special run 86 Degree Gripframe for CCI Phantom?
Yes, odd request in CCM Forum regarding CCI.
Since the frames were made by CCM, figured I would give it shot.
It appears their reps stroll thru here on regular basis and have been keeping tabs on this product demand:

I'd want one

When we ran the last batch years ago now. It took a long time to sell 50 frames.
Like a year +
The demand really fell off.
I am not opposed to making more but they are way low on the list.

The trick, I believe, is to make sure to let people know they'll fit on a LOT more guns than just Phantoms.
I love mine on my my Hammer...
And before that it worked great on my Trracer...
Heck, you got all those new Mil-Sim guns coming out with AR grip lugs. That's a whole new market for the design.

Nelsons have died put quite a bit from what I have seen. I did love my 86 frame I had on my duckslide, it felt great. Most people are happy with the 45 frames but the 86 was a nice option. It is a machine time issue from what I have heard and read, they have a lot more demand for other things.

I'd buy one for my Sterling.

I have been searching for one for quite some time and always get beat out by someone quicker. So, yeah, if there was one available, I would pick one up.

So what we need to do is convince Bill to 'lease' the design rights to Mike at CCI to make them for phantoms. I am not sure how chummy the shops are, but I've never understood them to be enemies at all. Any willingness to let anyone else mill them Bill?

Another member here, Hellion360, just worked with Lapco to produce a limited run of .681 barrels. He set up a pre-order thread (HERE) with 20 slots. It took less than ONE DAY to fill the original 20 slots. Given the immediate demand, Hellion called Lapco and increased the order to 30.
Why not set up an official interest thread on both MCB and PBN, to gauge how many grips need to be produced? Once there is a firm headcount, then just start a pre-order thread. Seems to be the most logical way to eliminate overstocking. With the right marketing on paintball sites and via Facebook, several others have been successful selling their Phantom accessories the same way.
