J12 question???

Any one have pics of their J12 sled where bolt pin pushes against the aluminum. i Had a J12 and would be interested to see what has happened over time? the one i had pushed the aluminum up very quickly and when i pulled out the bolt the its scratched the delrin

I have a little mushrooming as well from the pin on the bolt. I simply sanded it down a bit and I think the work hardening of the back block has stopped this minor progression.

Hmm, I should have been a bit more explicit with my response, my apologies.
When I had mine, the bolt pin/spring cut a small groove into the backblock groove. Eventually my bolt got scratched up due to a small piece of metal.

I was suggesting that you call up CCM, and talk to them about the issue. When I brought it up to them, I was able to get a new bolt and backblock. The bolt had some slight changes from Rod and it worked wonderfully.
