it was a different finish, harder apparently. They no longer provide it as an option. Bill could explain the significance of HARD I am sure

So idiot proof anodizing, scratch resistant i know i could use something like that im the hulk when i handle nice things lol

I think like Barrels there is a point where it is 'the sweetspot' but to short, to long, or to large a bore and you're having problems...
