We had to modify our pressure tester for the new S6 regs so I'm not sure if there's something else out there that will work.
For the new S6 and S6.5 reg I would start the reg adjustment screw flush with the bottom of the regulator and go from there. Most of them only require very small adjustments on the regulator, like less than a quarter turn.
