CCM S6 Leak help

I pretty much tried everything and not sure what else is left but to ask some folks here on MCB.

So I have CCM S6, #S6 505, pretty much all stock.

I am having the typical or not so typical leak down the barrel-stops when pumped-then leaks again after shot until pump.

Usually its the case of not enough pressure from the regulator to close the valve after every shot. The leak stops just before the sear locks the hammer.

Tried but still has the same issue:

*I already rebuilt the regulator, checked for recharge issues, swapped o-rings, re-greased etc., checked for any burrs or significant scratches that could be the cause at this point. No leaks.
*Tried a different regulator (custom products CP, and even another CCM regulator)
*purchased brand new CCM lower internals from CCM and installed
*took the body and rinsed it out, cleaned it out
* swapped internals from another CCM S6 I have
*checked the grip frame screws that go into the body-making sure its not obstructing the hammer or springs or whatever.
*Tried and checked various paintball tanks with output pressure ranging from 800psi to 850psi +, tried Ninja ball pin, to just pin from an Empire tank and First Strike tanks.

All the same issue.

Am i missing something here ? Could it be something else i am not seeing ? Never had an issue like this with any of my other CCM's, and I have been fortunate to figure any minor issue out on my own. This one is driving me nuts.

Any input would be appreciated.

How far in do you have the IVG?
Will the leak stop if you back that out?

IVG was flush, then tried adjusting as such. Still the same issue.

Double check your reg output pressure. Set it to 325-350psi.

Having the IVG flush doesn't seem right to me. On mine I can see a few threads. I have my reg set to 325psi I believe.

My only other suggestion is to try another ASA. I had an issue with my CCM ASA once where it was starving the air when screwed all the way in. A quarter turn out stopped that.

as said above check your reg pressure. should be 325-350psi.
make sure your tank output pressure is above 350psi.

Check the lower tube for burs or anything that might drag or stop the hammer from moving back.

If your reg pressure is 300+ then the valve shouldn't have any issues closing if everything is correct. Normally your valve should close and the valve stem pushes the hammer back to the position pictured below. What's off about this is you had to pull the hammer back to that position. If there wasn't enough reg pressure to close the valve and push the hammer back then the hammer would just go forward again after letting go.

Without air, try pulling the hammer back to this same position and see if it stays there. Another thought.. The sear lug is over-adjusted and is dragging in the lower tube. Or it was over-adjusted and deformed the sear lug slot, creating a bur or divot for it to get stuck in.

Good catch, didn't take the sear slot and even the frame into consideration, and could be the sear slot being deformed and causing drag. I am going to try a different frame and clean up the slot. Worst case, I am willing to ship the marker to CCM if possible.

Thanks to all for the help, i'll keep posted with any updates on this. Appreciate all for the help, once again.
