Mid MO fields or games (Lake of the Ozark area)

So come July I am up visiting some family and we are going to be up there for a week so I figured I might be able to squeeze in a local game....

I will be in the Eldon/Lake of the Ozark region and would love to hook up with some MCBers or just a local game....anyone know of any decent fields in that area?

You just missed X Marks the Spot. They are a really good field in Lebanon but they are moving to St. Louis in June.

That's really the only field I know about that was less than an hour from the lake.

And I was just looking at them too...figures...may have to broaden my drive to 1.5-2 hours and see what I get. Too much more than that and I have to get up waay too early

There are a ton of fields in the KC and STL areas. Also, Kick'n Paintball is really good. It is in southwest Missouri.

So if I headed towards STL has anyone tried Fearless Fighters? Or Bailey's Battlefield?

skip bailey's battlefield or at least last I've heard skip it. It was really more for scenerio games and very little if any open play ever happened there. Bill Bailey is a great guy, he even drove us in his bus to SPE in 06 but for open play his field was just not an option. I believe he owns Paint Games Plus in springfield, mo now but I no longer live in the area and cant tell you what open play is like there.

If you are going to STL I would suggest Wacky Warriors West or Xtreme. There is not much in central Missouri.

I spoke with Bill the other day, Paint Games Plus is closing the doors on May 18th. He mentioned doing more games at the battlefield. Not sure what his plans are with that though.

Just not sure if I want to put in a 3 hour drive to STL...at least not while I am supposedly on vacation and driving up there from Florida (16+ hrs in the car).

Need more MCB folks in the middle and have an outlaw game somewhere

Central Missouri has kind of become a deadzone. KC, STL, or Springfield areas are your best bet.
