Custom Marker Build Thread
So I just started working on a custom marker I've been wanting to build for awhile. The marker will utilize phantom internals and autococker barrels, it will also be springfed (probably 15 rounds). I'll keep this thread updated as I go and will release some more information on this build soon. Till then here's some rough photos of the current state of the build.

Man, wish I had the tools to do work that clean. Excited to see where this goes.

I do some custom mod work, but it looks like something Mary Shelly dreamt up.

Got the majority of the body machined up today, there's still plenty of cosmetic works and a few functional cuts to be made but it's starting to take shape. Was going to start on the new valve body tonight but it turns out I lack a piece of aluminum large enough to machine it from, guess I'll have to place an order in the next few days.

So it's essentially a Sterling that uses phantom internals?

Not quite, the lower tube is essentially a phantom body with autococker threads. The upper tube will have a press fit tube into it that will contain the spring feed. The upper tube will also contain a rotating feed block that will utilize a spring/bearing detent to keep the feed block aligned when loading and firing.

On that note though, anyone have any recommendations for an autococker barrel that is freak bored and that will allow a pump to be sleeved over it?

Talk to ssc and have him freak bore what ever barrel you want to use.
That way you can have what ever look you want on the barrel.
