Yes. I can get you the basics of what my molder needs. It's mostly in text in the manual, but I could probably put together a drawing without too much trouble.

As much as possible! Honestly, I have no idea. I've seen estimates of up to 120 parts per hour, but that's going to be smaller stuff. My shells are more than half of the total volume it can hold, so after every shot, I have to put more pellets in and give them time to melt. It will be a lot of learning, but if I can get into the 20-40 shots per hour range I will be pretty happy.

I have been looking/waiting for one of these for a few years now. Ebay has been the best place to find used machines, but even then I was seeing one every 6 months or so. Not very often. I got this on CL out of CA, and was a similar (used) price after shipping. It was a big expense, but as long as MCB still wants Dust Devils, I will continue to make them. So, I think it will be well used and well worth the price in the long run. Used prices on these tend to be in the 4-6k range.

DT1, if you make up the drawing or have a link to the manual, I am also interested.

Here's hoping I get mine this season. Small force feed and no batteries are just what I need in my old guns and pumps. So glad this project hasn't died like so many other cool projects.

And putting his own money into it to boot - seems like a solid businessman

Yeah, but can't expect the man to quit his full time job for this. The fact that he's delivering now is exciting!
