Custom Cocker Milling Designs

Going to be putting a few designs my friend and I come up with in here, and hopefully making a few of them in the coming week or two. Thoughts appreciated, first one here is just straight forward, we are really just messing around in CAD and seeing what we can come up with.

I assume you will break the pattern on the other side for the detent?

Haven't decided what to do to get around the detent, probably just make the pattern a little smaller as it is pretty close as is.

Would you be able to change the design such that it could feed First Strike rounds from the right? That and slap a piccatiny rail on the back so I can put a scope on and we're in business! 3D print a 5 round "mag" and BOOM! FSR cocker!

I'm def sub'ing to this thread, sounds very fun!

Soo does this mean you guys might offer some patterns in the future? It's always nice to see someone new milling cockers, and there is def a market for it.

I may be willing to do some patterns, I definitely have the capability to (in terms of machines). All depends on time I get in my shop, as in two weeks I am back to college for another semester, and summer plans still have yet to be determined.

Maybe, but more work than I have time to do right now. Possibly something to look into when I get back on campus and have more design time.

Turned out the model didn't have the fillets that my body did, oh well, ended up with an *interesting* design, although not what I would want ideally. Will work on getting a proper model here...

And another design, disregard the problem areas, had my friend over and wanted to show him what the machine could do so we threw this together real quick. Obviously if I was to do this for "production" I wouldn't make it quite so sloppy.
