Titanium .680 AC barrels

Three thus far. Friendly neighborhood machinist is making muzzle breaks, and then will anodize the aluminum parts black. The titanium will be flame anodized.

I'll work up a little something. What is the OD of a SL68II barrel?

.750 for the OD of the titanium tube. Not having to work the titanium, let alone not having to buy the required tooling and cooling is quite nice.

Is the barrel a slip fit? I can't say I've ever removed a barrel from an SL. If so, what is the OD of the male barrely part?

And I didn't machine the threaded parts. I have people with expensive tools and expertise. I just assemble and use sand paper and fire to make things look pretty.

Barrel OD of the slip fit portion where it goes into the gun is 0.840.

Shouldn't need to mod the pump handle though, it's already more than big enough.
