I've read Alot about this stuff and the history of this but how does one take an airgun and convert to shoot 68? im trying to look into building my own guns or maybe converting pellet guns or something? Basically I am just curious on how the OGs did it back in the day
If its a broken paintball gun chances are I want it

I'm no airsmith myself, but the earliest Sheridan rifles are just F-series pellet guns with a .68 barrel, bolt, and feedtube. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I think even the valve is identical carryover from the pellet guns. As a result, there are some early F-series Sheridan guns that have been converted for paintball in the same way by individuals.
