Box magazine project: Complete!!

All done baby!!!

Crikey with all the Dremel work. This is not a task Ill be undertaking again anytime soon.

Mounting the board and having access to it was irritating me. So I cut the back off of the Reloader B and made a nice little removable housing for it. Its held on with industrial velcro, plugs right in through the back.

Unit holds 175!! Way more than I though Id get so Im really stoked. The thing work flawlessly. Dumped a full hopper with no skips, breaks or jams.

The interior (this was during mock up stuff is nice and tight now.)

Rigged up:

Still going to clean up the "welds" and dings but its ready to rock. Ill try to get some video the next time we go play.

Edit: current setup

Not my idea. I got the idea from Teknix on UMS. Here is a link to his "how to" : T68 M4 SOPMOD box mag and accessories - The Underground Forum

Oily on MCB an UMS has also done a nice box magaxine for his M249. Check around for his build thread.

They are similar but different.

Airsoft box magazine off Ebay. Though I recommend finding a more appropriate box. This one took an ungodly amount of grinding. Lots of interior dividers and what not for the Airsoft loader.

Very well done job, high fives to you and anyone else who worked on it.

And I think I've said it before, but good paint job.
