Necropost.

Just in case anyone else runs across this and is having a similar issue - I am pretty certain that the sail o-ring on the bolt was the wrong size and not sealing correctly (016 and not 16mm). Unable to be verified, but if anyone else has the issue, I would check that first.

Which oring are you talking about yoda? I am having a small leak and I've tried everything - swapped all orings with 2 fat guys kit and only use dow55. Any info you could pass along would be great!

If the sail o-ring leaks, the air that should be holding the bolt back will go around it and through the bolt face.

The other obvious one is the one on the face of the powertube (019).
