I use the one he is taking about on a powder coated bicycle. The paint was really really thick so I had to coat the frame and fork with it about 5 full times and I only used about 3/4 of the can. There is a lot more in the can than it seems like. But I would highly recomend it, I've used it for tons of bike parts and car parts and it always worked amazing. Here is a warning though. Do not get it on plastic, it will eat right into it.

Now for my problem with my sa8. I tried turning the velocity down but my gun wouldn't shoot at all then. I messed with the velocity for about a hour to try to get it to work with no luck. I called Tiberius for help and the guy told me to back the velocity all the way out and then in 7 full turns. Now it works again but I'm back at ONLY 9 1/2 shots off one 12g, so I'm guessing it's back at pepperballs velocity setting but if I lower the velocity it stop working again. What do I do?

Did you have to disassemble the gun to do this and if so, is disassembly difficult to do?

Mine's on its way out, but did anyone notice the trigger was really stiff? It looks like there's an extra torsion spring in the trigger (you can see it in Stripes' pic, but not in the Tiberius pic of the silver one.) I never got mine apart, but is that a necessary item? My T8's trigger is a lot softer and smoother.

Looks good without the orange/blue.

I commented on that a few posts back. I assume the trigger is stiffer because an accidental discharge in a LEO situation is a much bigger deal than in a paintball situation where everyone is wearing face protection...

Looks good stripped, I'll definitely be picking up some stripper this weekend (hopefully won't have a dong this time). It may be worthwhile to just order a valve casing from Tib, that way you get the "paintball" relief valve, and free anodizing.

well by default it was set to 395!!!!!

we shot out a few rounds playing.. then started to adjust.. without manual we messed up.... went the wrong way.... oops..

so now out of co2... need some to adjust it!!!!!!!!!!

and i know counter clockwise not clockwise... we went in 6.5 turns and back out 1.5... so officially went to INCREASED5 TURNS!!!!!! the chrono wouldnt register... maybe that is why.. we definitely went over 400!!!!!!!!! so much that the paintball just blewup in the barrel!!!!!!!!!!

Bought some paint stripper and the main body is currently sitting outside foaming. Would there be any problem if I left the relieve valve in while I stripped it? I don't want to mess anything up, but I also don't know of any easy way to get that relief valve in/out. Thanks!

you need to get it out, there's an o-ring in it that will dissolve if you don't

getting that snap ring out is the easy part, getting it back in isn't

I used a small screwdriver and a clamp to compress everything down to get the ring back in

That's what I did too. And yes, you need to take it out if you're stripping.

That sounded better in my head.
