and as a followup question, anyone know if i can get a new quickchange or screw to puncture 12ies?

Go back a few pages, the manual has been posted at least a half dozen times.

Got to use mine today. They both started at around 330ish, but I got them shooting into the 270s no problem. I get about 3 mags, which is the average, so I'm incredibly happy.

I sent an email to Tiberius arms about getting the paintball parts for these guns
here's the response I recieved

"Unfortunately you aren’t the first person we have heard from in this situation. The bad news, these launchers were never intended for paintball use, many of the internal components are different from the paintball markers we manufacture and the parts are not designed to be interchanged. We can’t supply repair parts for these units directly, if you are having problems with the launcher you should contact Pepperball first for assistance. Please note that these launchers should never be used for the sport of paintball and can’t be converted into a paintball marker."

I'm willing to bet they want you to register your SN if you want spare parts
but their customer service is 'so good' they'll just fix it for you
